課程概述 |
Since the emergence of foreign direct investment in 1960s, multinational enterprises have become the dominating institutions in the modern business world. Multinational Business Management has therefore been deemed as one of the core courses in the business and management fields. This course provides you with the knowledge about the theoretical and managerial implications of international business, in order to enhance your problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. |

1. To understand the theoretical concepts, tools and frameworks that can be used to execute strategic analyses on international businesses
2. To comprehend how different cultures, institutional frameworks, economic developments, and competitive environments influence foreign entry mode choices and international operations
3. To be inspired by thinking globally and asking critical, theoretically grounded and practically useful questions on the reflections and new phenomenon of multinational business management |
